Chloe 6 month appointment

Chloe did such a great job today! I think grannie threw her off...usually she cries as SOON as we walk into the yellow room for shots, but grannie kept her distracted till she got the shots!!

Chloe's measurements:
Height = 25inches = 25th %
Weight = 15 lbs 9 oz = 40th %
Head = 16 1/4 = 20th %

Overall she is doing great!!! She has two more teeth coming in which makes a total of 4 teeth!

Labor Day

Labor Day was a blast. We started it off Friday. Went and picked up Isabella, then came home and watched movies and ate popcorn! Saturday we woke up and went to 2 parks! Had a picnic lunch at the park! Played and had a blast! Then went to grannies house and BBQ!! Isabella and I did an art and craft project! It was soo much fun. Came home and hung out! Sunday we went to church then to chucky cheese! Monday we re-arranged Isabella's room for her project she did. More pictures to come, but here are some of the pictures from the weekend! Enjoy

Update: Chloe takes out and now puts her pacifier in all by herself AND holds her own bottle!! Yea Chloe!!! She also can now eat a whole jar of baby food!!! She is growing so fast!

Summer's Over

Well, Summer is over and Isabella is back in school! Eric is on his 4th week of endocrinology and he really enjoys it. Chloe just had her 5 months picture taken and they did a really good job! We start our next class for our Master's and Eric is on his last semester for med school! I start my electives soon =( which means we will be having a sitter come to watch chloe!
Otherwise everything is great in the Guilbeau world!

Summer

Well, summer has FLOWN by! Chloe is already almost 5 months old!!! Isabella starts school next week and Eric has been working already at UMC. I am busy taking care of Chloe, plan on going back to finish my electives in Oct. Otherwise we are doing well and enjoying the summer time. Its hot here in Louisiana but we are enjoying every minute of it!

Hospital

So tonight at midnight we call the hospital and prepare to go in for 1am Monday (tomorrow) morning. We are very excited. The doctor is going to try to induce me first, if that doesn't work then its C-section for myself and Chloe! We will post pictures as soon as we get them! For now just luck and prayers =)

Doctor's appointment today!

Went to the doctor today. Chloe is doing well. She is 6 pounds. I on the other hand am the problem. My internal pelvis is too small, she has not dropped and my cervix is not where it needs to be =( Sooo, the doctor is worried about delivery. If the baby is too big it might cause a problem since my pelvis is small and angled funny! The doctor said he was going to induce me between 38.5 and 39 weeks. Which is next week! We are very excited! Will post pictures as soon as she arrives! Otherwise we are doing great and doctor's appointment is next Thursday to decide on the inducing!

Doctor's Appointment

Went to the doctor today! Everything is going great for both of us =)

Chloe

We are all doing well...Chloe dropped ALOT and was in an uncomfortable position. She was causing me extreme stress on my left side and she wasn't moving...so we went to the hospital. She is ok now, her heart rate was very high, but after some moving...she is now in a great position and I can feel her moving some and I am having small contractions. None big enough for labor, just small ones to prepare!! Otherwise we are all doing great and should have baby Chloe into the world soon! Doctor's appointment Friday!

Doctor visit today

Went to the doctor today...he said " I hope the baby bed is ready, cause she's ready!" We said its ready =) Everything is going well!!!

Chloe's Nursery

I finally finished Chloe's Nursery today! Except for the diaper organizer her room is ready!

Louisiana Baby shower

We had the Louisiana Baby shower last weekend. It was a great time. We got some final stuff that we need/wanted! Isabella was a huge help =) Here are some pictures of the shower!

US scan of Chloe 33 weeks + 4 days

Went to the Doctor for an US Scan of Chloe again! She is progressing nicely. She is still under weight at a whopping 4 pounds! But her length is exactly dead on 33 weeks 2days! She is sitting right on top of my cervix literally mm's! Just waiting for her to be ready then its game time!

Chloe's Doctor Visit

Today Eric and I went to the doctor today. Chloe is doing great. I have gained 1 pound in 2 weeks =) My belly is huge! and has dropped some more! The doctor gave me some better medication for my cold/infection that I have. Tomorrow I am volunteering at an Ultrasound Clinic for students to learn how to do US Scan's. So we have TONS of free photo's of Chloe coming tomorrow! As for now she is doing great. We are ready for her to come =)

First Pictures Shoot!

So I love photography and I have a great new camera as a wedding gift from my lovely husband! A great DSLR =) Thanks Honey! Anyways, I did my first official photo shoot of someone for their senior pictures and I was so nervous but really really excited! I was happy with the way they turned out and hopefully this can be more of a side thing and for fun! Cause I love to take pictures and I love to edit photos! Here are a few! Yea my first photo shoot and my first blog ever!
